Hourly Service Pricing

$129 for the first two hours of service.

This should allow enough time for minor to moderate problems, software installs, adding minor hardware and usually still allow some time for some training or performance tuning.

$65 for each additional hour

Additional time may be required for bigger tasks to be completed such as serious system failures, Windows operating system replacement, or major hardware replacement.

Service Charges Guarantee

Sometimes we may not perform service as efficiently as possible. We will not charge for time spent as the result of us not making the best decision to solve your problem as fast as possible. You will only pay for the time that it would have taken in the best case scenario. This means if it takes us four hours to complete a job that should have taken 2 hours then you will pay for only 2 hours.
